JDB-4球墨鑄鐵鑲嵌軸承，是以HT250為基材嵌入固體潤滑劑的新產(chǎn)品，是一種典型的省材產(chǎn)品。若在壓力<14.5N/mm2。時(shí)或機(jī)械性能要求不是很高的場合，可作JDB- 1材料的取代品。能大大地降低成本，滿足使用要求。例如:模具導(dǎo)柱、注塑機(jī)模架等領(lǐng)域完全可以使用。
Nodular Cast lron
JDB-4 is based on cast iron HT250 and embedded with solid lubricant. Very good performance when under low load. Not suitable for middle and high load. A typical cost saving material, can substitute JDB-1 to be applied in the position without high requirements such as die guider, plastic
injection machines etc.
