JDB-3固體潤(rùn)滑軸套
JDB-3鋼板澆鑄軸承，是在鋼套的基體內(nèi)，離心澆鑄銅層后嵌入固體潤(rùn)滑劑的固體潤(rùn)滑產(chǎn)品，
除具有JDB-1的功能外，還能節(jié)省成本，提高抗壓強(qiáng)度。它的端面可以與基體焊接安裝使用，
因此適用于治金機(jī)械、建筑機(jī)械和輸油機(jī)械中等不可以加油的領(lǐng)域。
JDB-3 Solid Lubricant-Inlaid Bushing
JDB-3 has almost the same constructure as JDB-1. Suitable for lowload position, wear performance
worsens when under middle or high load. The mating layer is same as JDB-1 so that more cost-saving
than JDB-1 whereas compression strength increases and weldable. Most suitable for dry position in
construction, metallurgical machines, conveyor machines etc.
